  A very disappointing inspection ( we chose not to stay)

  We inspected the property and decided not to stay as it was not what we were expecting. We were highly dissatisfied. We were sent photos of what the apartment looked like after cleaning. We did not think the property had been recently cleaned or freshened up before we arrived.

  Steep external/internal staircase ( railing on external staircase was loose, partially rotting and the cast iron bracket attached to it was unstable and did not feel safe).Large circular area of paint had flaked and we were concerned that it would fall on the bed. Wrong keybox code on booking.com email. Unpleasant odour as the front door was opened, rubbish found on floor and internal stairs, oven mitt was heavily stained, dirty carpet in entrance hall obviously covering damaged floorboards, some large gaps in floorboards throughout, dirty carpet, no clear external signage to find apartment. The area outside the front door was described as having distant sea views ...it was grotty and the only view we saw was the carpark next door. We chose not to stay as the property did not meet our expectations and did not look like the photos at all. The apartment did not smell or look clean. We did not take photos we just walked through and decided not to stay as we were concerned it had not been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived.

  Good location for visiting Blackpool

  Place was nice once we found it. Good size rooms and bathroom and kitchen area. Lovely location to beach and supermarket.

  Floors quite creeky and uneven, lots of stairs up to apartment for those who need accessibility this would be good to know as could be a problem, it was fine for us. Neighbours also not friendliest. However saying those things it's a lovely place and comfortable once inside.

  Excellent location about five minutes walk from the town centre, with views to the seafront & town.
