  Heartwarming

  Escape to the Beach is the perfect place to relax in Wilderness. Lyl is incredibly service-oriented and seems to anticipate every wish before you even have to ask. The rooms are beautiful, the location is perfect right on the beach, and the heated pool is a wonderful bonus, especially in spring. What makes this place truly special is the atmosphere: you feel as though you are staying among friends, and genuine hospitality is at the heart of everything. A wonderful place to unwind, and one we would happily return to.

  On ne veut pas sortir de l’hôtel et de sa terrasse tellement on y est bien…

  Excellent service, chambre et installations de manière générale très soignées et bien entretenues. Nous avons eu la surprise que nous pouvions nous servir en libre service de snacks/ gâteau maison/ vin / cocktail durant toute la durée du séjour! Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. Nous sommes restés qu’une seule nuit mais j’en ferai minimum 2 la prochaine fois…

  Wir haben uns im Escape to the Beach vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Direkt bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Besitzerin und dem gesamten Team so herzlich empfangen, dass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Location hat uns wirklich sprachlos gemacht. Die Lage direkt am Meer, die wunderschöne Ausstattung und die gesamte Atmosphäre sind einfach traumhaft. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hat es uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Man merkt, wie viel Herzblut und Liebe zum Detail in diesem besonderen Ort steckt. Ein ganz grosses Dankeschön nochmals an Sari, Lyl und das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Wilderness. Für uns war es definitiv eines der Highlights unserer Reise und ein Ort, an den wir sehr gerne zurückkehren würden.

  Es gibt wirklich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

  A cozy oceanfront escape with amazing views and exceptional hospitality.

  Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location is excellent—right on the ocean, with the beach just in front of the property. We could even spot dolphins and whales from our room and while having breakfast by the pool, which made the experience really special. The location is also very convenient, with restaurants, shops, a petrol station, and grocery stores all within about a five-minute walk, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The property itself is beautifully designed and incredibly cozy. It feels more like staying in a beautiful home than a hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with a small sitting area, kitchenette, and wardrobe, while the spacious common areas give you plenty of places to relax. There are lovely indoor spaces, an outdoor area overlooking the ocean, and a separate backyard area. Breakfast was excellent, delicious and with plenty of options. We also really appreciated all the little extras included in the stay, such as snacks, cakes, the coffee corner, and a fully stocked fridge with a wide variety of drinks and treats. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional—from the entire team to the property manager. Everyone was warm, professional, welcoming, and genuinely added something special to our stay.

  Honestly, nothing. Everything was wonderful and we had no complaints.
