  Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, I have been a valued customer of Booking.com for approximately 20 years and have never previously submitted a complaint. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet the standards I expected from your company. I arrived at the property at dawn on August 8 and found that it was completely different from the photos and description displayed on Booking.com. The property was unsuitable for accommodation for the following reasons: * The air conditioning was not working. * The property was infested with insects. * The furniture was extremely old, worn out, and unfit for use. * The location was isolated and felt unsafe and frightening. * The overall cleanliness and condition of the property were unacceptable. * The price listed on Booking.com was approximately three times higher than the local price, as confirmed by several people. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I had no choice but to leave the property at 3:00 p.m. on the same day, before the start of another night. I contacted the property owner and requested that I be charged for only one night and refunded for all unused nights. However, the owner refused, claiming that this was due to Booking.com’s policy. I also contacted your customer service team from an international number and submitted a formal complaint. The owner was contacted several times but refused to answer or cooperate. I therefore kindly request that Booking.com: 1. Charge me for only one night and refund all unused nights. 2. Conduct an urgent investigation into the significant difference between the actual condition of the property and the photos and description advertised on your platform. 3. Contact the property owner and take appropriate action, including removing the property from Booking.com if it is found unsuitable for guests. 4.

  Hammad was really nice and helpful. The swimming is really big and nice the kids loved it.

  It needs a bit more looking after cleaning wise.

  Charming property with its distinctive style.

  Just returned from this wonderful place and honestly can't believe the negative review I saw. The property is charming and unique with its distinctive style. The artificial pond adds such a lovely touch to the garden area. Free horse riding, barbecue, pool…Photos matched exactly what we experienced - no misleading advertising whatsoever. The owner was fantastic throughout our stay. Some people clearly try to blackmail hosts for discounts with threats of bad reviews. Our family had a perfect vacation here. I will rate it a 10/10 experience and excellent value against the previous negative review
