  Do not choose this!

  Beutiful premises, with a stunning view to the sea. Big house, big space to spend your holiday.

  There were no pool - as promised. (When we told the owner, she said, cynically there is, but no water in it...) Not funny, while this was the most important criteria in our search). To use the beach, we would have to pay an extra 819 Euros, which is more than insane, and also we did not know about it, when booking, so we couldnot use the beach as well.... Owner asked for cash for local turist tax 105 Euro, which was also not mentioned in the booking. There are several equimpent missing in the apartement, which is stated in the booking website. Like no grill station, no laptop, no restaurant, no bar, no coffee shop, no PS2, no ironing, etc... The kichen and the batroom were extremly dirty. We could not use the kichen for cooking, it was so dirty. The refirgerator was moldy. There were no phone connection, also no mobile internet connection for 7 days. So this is standard. Crazy.

  Villa molto bella e con arredamento ricercato. Siamo stati accolti da Francesco e la moglie (vicini di casa) che sono stati molto disponibili durante tutto il soggiorno. Molto bello lo spazio esterno. Abbiamo utilizzato sempre il magnifico tavolone posizionato sotto il patio. Molto comoda la doccia esterna. Il complesso residenziale è protetto da cancello. Noi eravamo tre coppie di amici e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

  La cucina non era molto pulita. Abbiamo dovuto lavare le stoviglie prima di utilizzarle. I piatti e i bicchieri non sono riposti in un armadio ma sono "a vista", quindi impolverati. Negli armadi e nei cassetti di cucina e camere c'era odore di muffa. La vasca da bagno aveva la tenda per la doccia ma non copriva bene e usciva acqua sul pavimento.

  The villa is super comfortable. Surrounded by lavish beautiful garden along all the property. Easy to get to and close by to Tropea. Private beach is a highlight. Big terrace, well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, lots of wardrobes, multiple tables.

  We had problem with the check in, despite the confirmation of the booking the owner was not ready on the day and asked us to come one day later. To be fair, we booked on the day in the evening so it was spontaneous and I guess at the end of the season (mid Oct) they were not expecting the booking. The owner asked us to pay for the local tax which according to the booking was not listed on their offer. The router was down twice and taking long time to restart. We were left with no wifi for couple of hours twice. Given there is limited phone reception on the property it can be tricky. There was a problem with the gate once as we could not open it 4-5 times to enter with the car on way back in the evening which was quite scary. It worked out in the end, we reported to the owner, she stated all is ok with the gate, whereas in the morning we saw one part of it being mounted to the fence as it was not working properly. Overall the place was not cleaned properly, the lady that came told us she is not really a cleaner. The stove was greasy and sticky, the shelves in the bathroom and wardrobes were dusty, bathrooms could use a better clean as well. Guess they have higher standards in the high season. The pool on the property was dirty, not serviced for at least a week so not really an option. Again, off season.
