Amazing apartment, with amazing view and excellent location.
The view is amazing! Location is very good, close to the seaside (within walking distance), shops and even can walk to La Maddalena downtown. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed during our stay.

Séjour très agréable sur cette magnifique île
La terrasse avec la vue magnifique et l'emplacement dans un quartier calme et avec un environnement très agréable. Le fait d'avoir une place de parking réservée ce qui est indispensable en juillet/août. Le fait qu'Anna nous accueille à notre arrivée et soit disponible. Les serviettes de plages mises à disposition.
Le canapé lit à changer car très inconfortable pour dormir, le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de congélateur (même si on le savait) et la fenêtre des toilettes/salle de bain qui ne comporte ni rideaux ni volets occultants alors qu'on a vu un promeneur aux abords du logement se promenant sur les rochers face à la fenêtre. Et aussi un peu la présence de fourmis et le bloc extérieur de la climatisation qui refoulait la chaleur près du salon extérieur (peut-être à cause du gros colis stocké devant).

Monolocale con terrazza e vista stupenda
Stupenda vista dalla terrazza e dal balconcino. Gentilezza e disponibilità di Anna, factotum della proprietaria.
In sintesi.... premesso che si devono salire 31 gradini per raggiungerlo, l'appartamento è un monolocale, posto che la camera da letto è divisa dal resto del locale solo da una tenda. Mancando le persiane nel resto della casa (sono presenti solo in zona letto matrimoniale), al mattino la luce ben presto impedisce il sonno. C'è solo un armadio disponibile per gli ospiti; l'altro è chiuso da un lucchetto e non c'è spazio per riporre valige e bagagli. Il frigo NON ha il freezer/congelatore (ne avevamo bisogno per i ghiacci sanitari) e la TV è situata SOLO in camera da letto, non nella zona living. Lettone veramente scomodo e ..... difficile immaginare una convivenza in quattro!
