    What’s even worse is the water heater. There is a limited supply of hot water. We ran out of hot water halfway through showering. The host said hot water would only be available again at 5 a.m. the next day. I have never stayed at an Airbnb with insufficient hot water. This listing fits up to 6 guests, so the last people to shower will very likely get no hot water. It is unacceptable especially in such cold weather. The bathroom has a strange rule. They warned us not to splash water on the wooden floor. But the bathroom is tiny, and the shower curtain cannot fully cover the side. Water will splash out easily. We will get fined if the floor gets wet. This rule makes us feel stressed and it is not reasonable. It is not safe to leave shoes and socks outside. Even though I locked the main door, my belonging was stolen. This place has poor security. People can still take your belongings even when the main door is locked. We paid the cleaning fee and tax for this Airbnb. But we were told to wash all the dishes before check-out. I have never seen an Airbnb that asks guests to do the dishes. It makes no sense. The location and transport here are inconvenient. We have to take a bus to get to Interlaken Ost station. The hair dryer stops working after a short time. I could not finish drying my hair. It is really poor.
