    Room was a good size with a sink and comfortable bed. Private bathroom was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Accommodating of my later than planned arrival due to traffic delays. Breakfast was lovely.

    Great one night stop over providing everything we needed

    The guest house is excellently positioned just a short stroll from the sea front and South Parade pier. It has private parking spaces available at a small extra charge of £5 per day. This is really helpful as it’s not always easy to find road side parking. We booked the family room which was spacious with two separate bedrooms. There was plenty of room to put belongings and hang clothes. The mattresses were a little on the soft side for us but having said that we had a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was a good size with a great shower. Breakfast was plentiful and the cooked breakfast was very tasty. This is a very good value quiet place to stay when visiting the area and we shall definitely return.

    Would have preferred filter coffee at breakfast.

    -super lokalita, kousek od moře, do centra 10min autobusem -dobrá snídaně -utulné pokoje A majitelka je Slovenka :)
