    Quiet. Not superb. Average. Not relaxing host experience.

    Quiet area near the vaporetto stop and shops.

    Inflexible host. Read the total costs and inclusions very carefully. The details on the ad were incorrect I was told when I questioned the E10 per night per towel charge and the tax charge. The initial inspection of every aspect of the unit took an hour and I had just arrived from Australia! After the E300 deposit was collected I had to sign a form saying although cleaning was listed I still had to clean the oven and fridge or lose deposit. I had a sheet of DOs and DONTs. Also anything that caused damage even wear and tear to flyscreen door etc would be taken out of deposit so I didn't use many facilities. The check out was uncomfortable.

    Pleasant and comfortable.

    The apartment is absolutely amazing: big, clean, comfortable, a short distance to the vaporetto station. The host is nice and helpful. I really recommend this wonderful place.
