A beautiful place to stay in a beautiful city
This property was exceptional and very central. Clean, well equipped and the team behind it kept in touch and were very responsive
A bit noisy at times due to local restaurant/club. But I had headphones so no real problem

Good location and a beautiful house
The location is very good. It is very walkable to all the main sightseeing places but on a quiet street. It has 4 stories with a small elevator. The top floor is very bright and sunny with sofas and a dining table. Some of us used this floor as an office to catch up with some works. The washing machine work as a washer and dryer. We also put up a drying rack on the top floor to hung our laundries. We are a group of 8 friends and this house has more than enough space for all of us.
The elevator is very slow. We only used it to carry our luggage and groceries. We don't like they require us to take the trash out to the street garbage cans which are quite far down the street. This is not the only place required us to take out the trash to the street. We felt this is the disadvantage for staying in an apartment. We also felt that it is not right that the price has already including cleaning fees, we shouldn't need to take out the trash and walk down the street to dump it.

A perfect base for a great holiday in beautiful Seville!
Very spacious and spotlessly clean. Super equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and very pleasant stay. The location is within walking distance to many of the popular tourist attractions, restaurants and shops, but on a quiet street. A perfect base for a great holiday in beautiful Seville!
