Passable
Nice comfortable beds and good water pressure for shower. Good TV with apps.
Outdated, not enough heater/air-conditioning for the size of the apartment. Kitchen utensils old and not fit for purpose. Just in front of a very busy road/motorway. Old Kitchen top (electric). Old table and rickety chairs. Needs freshening.

Great affordable family stay in Esperance
Great value for families or groups.
Not enough power plugs, too many cables. Rooms slightly small with suitcases.
