    Excellent location -severe dampness issue

    We loved the location and the property itself was clean and well-equipped with nice thoughtful touches like bottled water in the fridge.

    The main downside for us was the persistent humidity and damp atmosphere inside the studio. Airing the space out provided brief relief, but the moisture level remained high throughout our stay and affected towels and amenities. Travelers with asthma or sensitivities to moisture might want to take this into account.

    Studio très bien situé et équipé. Petites attentions de la propriétaire avec quelques capsules de café, petits biscuits…savons…

    C’est un studio de rez de chaussée de Kerkyras, dans la zone touristique. Très bien situé, ruelle calme. Il lui manque un peu de luminosité et surtout de ventilation. La propriétaire a fait le maximum pour le confort du séjour. Mais pendant les périodes très chaudes, il est utilisable pour dormir uniquement. Le quartier reste formidable et il y’a plein de jolis restaurants à proximité.
