Apartamento muy cómodo, acogedor, limpio y reformado. Ubicación muy buena, en el centro y a 2min. de las termas. Fuimos en días de calor y disponíamos de ventiladores y unidad de aire acondicionado portátil. Cocina con todo lo necesario, baño amplio, salón comedor tambien grande y nos gustó que tuviera dos dormitorios. Estuvimos muy a gusto.
Por poner un pero, tiene una escalera estrecha y empinada, pero dispone de elevador tipo montacarga lento.

Top gelegen wenige Schritte zum Friedrichsbad und parallel zur Fußgängerzone. Letztere ist über eine schmale versteckte Treppe zwischen zwei Häusern sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Appartement enthält alles Notwendige, der Raum ist optimal genutzt, wir haben gut geschlafen. Ein Klimagerät und ein Ventilator sind auch vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen fantastischen Blick über die Stadt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der sehr freundlichen und reaktionsschnellen Vermieterin.

Erstklassiger Service, super sauber und sehr gemütlich
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es wurde an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht – wie zum Beispiel Salz, Pfeffer, Tee und Zucker in der Küche oder Seife, Duschgel und Shampoo im Badezimmer. Zudem war die Wohnung absolut sauber. Im Keller stehen Waschmaschinen und Trockner bereit, sogar Waschmittel war vorhanden. Ein großes Lob an das Team und ganz persönlich an Frau Vogel. Sie ist einfach eine fantastische Gastgeberin! Sehr freundlich und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Es gab minimale Kleinigkeiten, die jedoch überhaupt kein Problem darstellten, da Frau Vogel sofort reagiert und alles blitzschnell gelöst hat. Besser geht es nicht! Ich habe mich rundum perfekt aufgehoben gefühlt. Sehr gerne wieder!
Bei geöffnetem Fenster war es in der Wohnung teilweise etwas laut, da sie in einer engen Altstadtstraße mit Pflastersteinen liegt. Da das Schlafzimmerfenster jedoch zum ruhigen Innenhof zeigt, hat mich das überhaupt nicht gestört

A comfortable, spacious, clean apartment with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. If you approach from the direction of the therme , you can avoid the stairs. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looks convenient. It’s just a stone’s throw from the caracalla therme, and a little farther to the buses, but still close. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area
