    Extremely Disappointing

    Extremely dissapointing. TV did not work, Heating did not work, was started and then failed, smoke alarm haning off ceiling, front door handle lock - very hard to use - needs repair, dirty grouting in shower, garden totally overgrown, pathways aand patios had weeks as high as your thigh, Front door mats dirty and worn, dangerous tripping hazard in kitchen with linoleum (WHICH DID NOT FIT) over carper and caught in door. Dryer in lounge!! Extra fridge/freezer in dining room which made table hard to use. And much more. We were surprised that you had this property on your site. We will not use booking.com again. Incidentally, we had booked a different property, then at the last minute the owner said the propr\erty we had booked and moved us to this one. Was this a bait and switch scam I wonder??

    Perfect

    Very spacious,had everything we needed and more! My wife loved the lovely smelling clean beds and the hosts are very helpful. Thank you for sending back my wife's card which got left in the sofa 😊
