    Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung mit Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne unweit des Ruhrradwegs. Die E-Bikes konnten im Kellerabteil mit Lademöglichkeit sicher untergebracht werden. Parken kann man problemlos an der Straße direkt vor dem Haus.

    Durch die Lage der Wohnung zwischen der Bahnlinie und einer befahrenen Straße ist die Nachtruhe gestört 2. Stock ohne Aufzug.
