  Broken cupboard door , broken window in the bedroom , could not close it . Broken handle on thd inside of the front door . The small pots had no lids. 3 globes had to be replaced

  Apartamentul este intr un complex rezidențial cu vedere la mare si peisajul din balcon este extraordinar. Răsăritul este spectaculos. Este bine utilat si are paturi confortabile. Plaja draguta la 5 minute.

  Complexul pare neingrijit si părăsit (posibil din cauza perioadei - 10-13 octombrie). Trebuie sa aveți in vedere ca locația este izolata , la 10 minute de oraș , deci aveți nevoie de provizii serioase (inclusiv articole pentru igiena - săpun, hârtie etc). Baia necesita renovare / apartamentul igienizat temeinic- lenjerii de pat si perne schimbate.

  Accommodation with panoramic views of Tavolara island and Golfo Aranci

  - accommodation managed directly by welcomely property management (no contact with the owner) - online fast and self check-in, with all communication done per booking chat and whatsapp (road and building indications, apartment key box access on site etc.) ; - Terrata is a residential coastal holiday resort village - location requires to have a rental car for all surrounding facilities (groceries, restaurant, beaches etc.) - SP 82 Colonia SOS Aranzos nearest bus stop 10min walk-600m - apartament has 2 terraces : one terrace view sea view towards Tavolara island (sunrise oriented ), with outside seating furniture another terrace (sundown oriented), with drying-rack and garbage recycle bins - apt located at the second floor, no elevator (only one entrance key provided) ; building with a total of 4 apartments - 1 air conditioning device (free of charge) located in a corner, right near the terrace foldable glass door ; - 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 foldable couch (max capacity 4 people) ; - kitchen well equipped, bathroom with free toiletries, bedroom with extra pillows ; - September stay - quiet, almost no people, empty parking lot, wildlife present and visible (wild boars at night on the premises) ; - 500m walk to public beaches : Spiaggia Terrata and Sos Aranzos Beach; Olbia airport aprox 14km ; - sun umbrellas and chairs available to use ; - 79€ welcomely cleaning fee per stay (aprox 34% from the total guest invoice) ; September Golfo Aranci tourist city tax 4€ per person per night ;

  - the road within the residential complex , at one point, is almost a dirt road (use Waze app for the exact directions) ; village entrance during night time was challenging , street lighting within the complex is limited ; - accommodation doors and windows without mosquito nets or any protection ; - invasion of mosquitos, apt inner walls with old blood stains and marks from squished insects (during the entire stay had to buy and use, several mosquito repellent devices ; impossible to enjoy the terrace during the evening-night time without proper quantity of body protection repellent spray) ; - ants with red head and different size of lizzards-geckos were crawling and present on the terrace ceiling and corners - all doors and windows had to be permanently closed during stay; - 1 small wall TV with very bad signal ; coffee machine pods without pods :) - hard to use the apt entrance and the bathroom door (floor was like warped - swollen)

  Mar mediterráneo e Islas a tope

  Ubicación excelente. Terraza con vistas bonitas y equipada para las comidas.

  El baño necesita renovación y tiene poca luz. En general no estaba muy limpio.
