La ubicacion, limpieza y comunicacion. Proceso de check in y check out sencillo.

The location is the main draw factor here.

The location was very good. The bathroom, toilet and air conditioning were great.

The cleanliness of the room. Dust on cabinet surfaces and the walls. The futon was covered in other people's hair. The pillows were stained and old. No lift and the stairs were difficult (and dangerous) to climb. We ran out of toilet paper and needed to buy our own.
