Owners should learn customer service basics.
Marisol, the person in charge for receiving me, is a gem of a woman. Her and the location of the apartment, close to the Autódromo where I was going for a festival, were the only positive things about the stay.
Expensive for what we've got, kitchen did not have very basic tools, we had to ask a neighbour for a bottle opener. Owners never got back to my messages, very poor customer service on their end. The description upon booking promised features that resulted inexistant.
