    beautiful gounds---unique and wonderful

    pool---spa--restaurant for breakfast---grounds ----all wonderful

    I was inappropriately put in a handicapped room---so I had to switch rooms---a real pain! charging 50$ to self-park in their huge outdoor lot is really a travesty. coffee bar had terrible service in the morning ------------------ everything else was fantastic----second room was great----I would go again

    Not informed in advance of all-night power outage

    Upon check in the hotel nonchalantly informed me that the power would be out for the entire night from 10pm to 6am. The entire nights. But don’t worry they said, we have glo sticks! Are you kidding me? No lights, no a/c, no TV, no charging, all night - at a supposedly 5 star hotel. They had clearly known this for several days in advance (even though they blamed the utility) but never bothered to inform their guests so we could make other plans. Instead they waited until I took and expensive Lyft ride to the property, when they could have easily let me know if advance. I cancelled my reservation and took another Lyft a mile up the road to the Hilton who had no power issues. Unreal.
