    Some conveniences, some hassles

    The apartment is very spacious, AC available, the WiFi was very reliable, close by shops/ restaurants and the customer service was excellent. The washer was extremely convenient, but it was only a washer but there was a drying rack which was suitable.

    As soon as I walked into the apartment a smell of sewer hit me, it was coming from the kitchen. It was extremely unpleasant, it made me very nauseous. I never ate in the kitchen for this reason. There was a plug in scented oil dispenser that didn’t help too much. The apartment wasn’t completely clean, but it wasn’t super dirty either. I didn’t like the shower, it was okay. During my stay there were a lot of parties happening, this didn’t necessarily bother me but it seemed that many people rented the space for gatherings. One day there was a party starting at 3am and it didn’t end until 2pm. Parties weren’t exclusive to the weekends. There was also a strong weed smell when parties happened. I did not complain with management because the parties were so late I felt bad messaging about it. The constant traffic noise was also pretty bothersome, this isn’t something the property can control but it’s worth mentioning.

    La habitación es muy cómoda y está muy bien equipada con aire acondicionado y apps de streaming. En general, una experiencia totalmente recomendable.
