Brilliant!
Absolutely spotlessly clean. Great location. Easy to get around. Davide the host was super helpful and kind. Gave us the confidence to explore and enjoy the city in our too brief a day. Take iDavid's restaurant recommendations if you stay - they were spot on!

Muy buena y tranquila ubicación
Su ubicación era muy buena, a dos cuadras del centro (ideal para hacer compras, supermercados y cerca a restaurantes), y a tres y media de la estación del metro y buses; y en una zona tranquila sin ruido. A menos de 15min caminado del puerto y alquiler de autos. Nos quedamos con mi esposa e hija de 5 años por 6 días , y teníamos todo cerca, cada día variamos en medios de transporte: alquiler de auto por el día , ferry, bote privado, bus, y todos los lugares a distancia caminable. El departamento tenía 2 baños completos, un en el cuarto y otro en la sala (sofá cama); y contaba con todas las necesidades de limpieza (detergentes, lavadora, lava vajillas) y para cocinar. Nos sentimos muy cómodos.
Solos dos detalles. Que el ascensor requería una de 10 centavos de euro por cada viaje; sin embargo, logramos en parte solucionarlo; subiendo una persona por escaleras y luego llamando al ascensor desde el piso 3 una vez mi familia estaba dentro. El otro tema que hubiera sido genial es que la casa cuente con repelente. En época de verano hay mosquitos.

Good value for money.
The location is central and very convenient. The apartment is spacious for two people.
The hot water supply was not stable. Also, there's a charge to use the lift.
