All in all, a great stay - recommended.

The apartment was very clean and quiet, well equipped for the most part and with good vibes. The bedroom, shower and kitchen were all comfortable. Surprisingly, parking wasn't an issue. Communication with the property management was easy and efficient.

Location not very comfortable if you use public transportation or go by foot. No washing machine (or at least no access to the existing one). No external wires to sun dry the laundry though there is a small service balcony with a window. No closed closet (only a drawer case and some free hangers) Not enough products for a long stay (shampoo, towels, toilet paper...) we had to buy our own.

Great apartment to stay in Cagliari.

Everything was like in the pictures, very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a nice vacation. The staff was very helpful and they responded to everything quickly. The location is around 20min walking from the center but overall it was a quiet and safe neighborhood.
