    Very good

Very comfortable inside and out.the outdoor space is fantastic-a gas bbq that makes for great lazy lunches and evenings sitting round and eating, drinking and chatting (plus good shade).it was a modern but traditional interior, with everything you need - coffee machine, crockery, modern utilities.the beach is only a short walk

The overall location (Santa margherita / pula) is fantastic (great beaches near and not so far away),but the property is in a part that time forgot (e.g we were there in May and the bar walkable round the corner wasnt open which was a shame).but of course, you could be looking for complete remoteness
