    Wunderbares modernes Apartment mitten im Wohngebiet von Einheimischen :-)

    Modern eingerichtetes Apartment mitten in einer typisch italienischen Wohnsiedlung, richtig urig. Apartment war sehr sauber, was man aber auch erwarten kann, wenn man für die Endreinigung 140€ bezahlt! Es gibt einen geräumigen Küchenbereich, Bad und WC auch sehr gepflegt und neuwertig, Im oberen Stock 2 Schlafzimmern, welche sehr schön sind. Küchenausstattung war ausreichend, wir konnten gut kochen. Eine Wasserflasche und Kaffeekapseln zur Begrüßung waren vorhanden :-), Eine kleine Terrasse zum frühstücken und Abendessen mit einer großen Markise war sehr gemütlich. Die Lage war optimal zum spazieren in die Altstadt. Zum Strand ohne Auto jedoch kompliziert. Vermieter ist jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar, Danke dafür.

    Weingläser und Müslischüsseln wären wünschenswert. Im großen Schlafzimmer war die Bettanlage irgendwie schlecht zusammengebaut, sodass es bei jeder Bewegung im Bett sehr laut knarrte. Die Balkontür im kleinen Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht komplett versperren, im Gesamten könnte man wenn man wollte ziemlich leicht ins Apartment einbrechen. Wir hatten den Vermieter davon informiert, welcher auch sofort reagierte und anbot einen Hausmeister zu schicken. Dieser kam dann ohne Voranmeldung und betrat einfach das Apartment ohne uns davon zu informieren.

    Soggiorno a Villasimius

    casa molto comoda per tre persone, tutto sommato non lontana dal centro. Abbiamo raggiunto il mare a piedi più di una volta.

    Insonorizzazione praticamente assente, era come avere i vicini dentro casa. Per fortuna al piano superiore il rumore era minimo. Sarebbe stata utile una lavastoviglie
