Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $130,000 COP per night. Dogs and cats are welcome. One per room (up to 13 kg). Pets cannot be left unattended. Select rooms only; restrictions apply. If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child). If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law. Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in. Meal plans are not included. The pool is not available on the first day of the week (Monday or Tuesday after a holiday)Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
