    Such a bad experience never again

    What did we find out in the mean time .... ? The originally booked Apartment was sold by the owner. We received a at arrival an alternative close by. This new location was dirty, nowhere close to our booking and we did not accept the suggested alternative, so we never stayed at the reserved location. It nows seems that BOOKING has never been informed by the "previous" owner on this. If BOOKING has reimbursed the owner, we consider this as a fraud. For which we now consider to take legal action. Against WHOM ? Probably BOOKING as they have received our money...

    Top appartement op een schitterende locatie.

    De ‘gastvrouw’ Bouchra was uitstekend bereikbaar voor vragen etc. Top locatie in een top omgeving !

    Eigenlijk niets, het is een top appartement op een uitstekende en schitterende locatie. miste wel een kaasschaaf maar dat is natuurlijk typisch iets voor een ‘Hollander’
