  Misleading listing - no effective A/C in the bedroom, one sleepless night, and we left after the first night.

  The balcony/view was ok, but unfortunately our stay was dominated by serious issues with the air conditioning and the host’s response.

  The listing and photos gave the impression that the apartment had proper/central air conditioning. In reality, there was no functioning central A/C. There was only a small A/C unit in the hallway, directed toward the living room, so the air conditioning did not effectively reach the bedroom. We booked 2 nights, but after one sleepless night because of the heat, we left and had to find another place to stay. Around 1:00 AM, after the A/C had been running at full power for more than two hours and the ceiling fan was on the highest speed, our baby monitor still showed 27°C in the bedroom. The host refused to acknowledge the problem and said there was a ceiling fan and that we could open the windows. In my opinion, this is not a reasonable answer when the apartment is described as air-conditioned. A ceiling fan and open windows are not the same as effective A/C in the bedroom. We were travelling with a baby, so packing again and moving for just one remaining night was extremely stressful and inconvenient. The apartment’s Wi-Fi also did not work when we arrived, and only the next morning we received a different connection that worked.

  We had great time!

  Very nice, clean and cosy flat, good location, the house is close to the see and to the restaurants. The host - the most kindness and friendly! We had perfect time! Thank you!

  La casa perfetta per esplorare il Pelion

  Appartamento confortevole e fresco in posizione perfetta per esplorare il Pelion. I proprietari, Kostas e Persi, che abitano al piano terra, hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire a nostro agio, preparandoci anche una fantastica bougatsa e un dolce tradizionale, l'halva. Torneremo sicuramente!
