    We stayed at this property for 10 days and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. During the entire 10-day stay, there was no cleaning whatsoever. We were provided with only two towels and two sets of bed sheets for the entire stay, while at the same time we were not given access to the washing machine or dryer, so we had no way of washing them ourselves. The kitchen was also essentially unusable for cooking. There were no pots, pans or basic cooking equipment at all. For a property advertised with a kitchen, you would reasonably expect to be able to prepare a basic meal. We called the owner twice to try to resolve these issues. Rather than offering a solution, she responded very rudely and explained that previous tenants had destroyed the pots and pans, and therefore none had been replaced. Regarding the towels and sheets, we were told that only two sets would be provided because the property is rented “short term.” I find this explanation particularly unreasonable considering we were staying for 10 days. We weren’t expecting hotel-level service, but basic facilities should match what is advertised and guests staying for 10 days should have reasonable access to clean towels, bedding and laundry facilities. Overall, the lack of basic kitchen equipment, no cleaning, extremely limited linen and towels, no access to laundry facilities, and the owner’s dismissive attitude made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this property for anything more than a very short stay unless these issues are addressed.
