    Hotel muito acolhedor, pequeno almoço óptimo e pessoal super prestável e simpático. Viajei sozinha e ser tão bem tratada, fez toda a diferença na minha estadia. Quero voltar ao Faial e certamente vou tentar ficar no Estrela do Atlântico 🦋

    The vibes match the decoration! Everything was perfect, place is gorgeous, beds are comfy and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Will recommend this place to anyone that asks!

    Molto al di sotto delle aspettative e delle recensioni

    Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera alla host, la quale, avendo la struttura già piena, si è ben offerta di rimborsarci poiché abbiamo deciso di andare in un’altra struttura. Posizione buona.

    La stanza a noi assegnata è risultata poco pulita, con alcuni insetti, ragnatele ai soffitti, infissi datati e con spifferi, sanitari obsoleti e bagno in degrado. Nonostante ci fosse un letto matrimoniale (con due materassi singoli, alla fine passabili) le lenzuola erano due da letti singoli, più corte e spaiate. La zanzariera era artigianale e da estrarre per poter chiudere la finestra. Ciliegina sulla torta: onnipresente tulle carta da zucchero che oltre ad essere di dubbio gusto, risultava ricettacolo di ragnatele e ragni e polvere.
