    The studio location was great and not too busy but well connected with plenty of bus/tram/train options. The cleaning team did a great job whenever they came by. The company replied quickly to my questions and tried their best to get issues fixed as fast as they could. Well stocked kitchen regarding pots and pans and I miss that oven because it was great! Nice large fridge too.

    The washing machine only worked on the short cycle. I addressed this issue with the renting company which they did not fix in the time I was there but hopefully did so once I left. There was also mold right next to the bed and on the windowsill above the bed. These issues were fixed once I told the company however there is definitely some water damage/structural issue as the paint is coming off the wall so I hope they will be able to rectify that issue because it is right next to where you are sleeping. Also this studio does not have great insulation because I was able to hear my next door neighbours (also a studio rented by the company) quite well. It doesn't help that their living room is the room next to my bedroom so whenever they had dinner or watched a movie I got to enjoy along while I tried to sleep. I went by once to ask if they could be more quiet after 11pm as I had to get up early the next day which they did, but just be aware that you can hear them use the toilet/take a shower/walk up and down the stairs/ cook (and they can probably hear you too). Also, a tip: do not have the AC on while you're taking a shower because the power will go out.

    Great facilites, small but very functional, had everything I needed and great location.

    Checkin was inconvenient because they asked for a €1000 bond that wasn’t informed in the booking add policies. Booking said I didn’t have to pay but the place wouldn’t proceed with checkin without the bond, so I’ve ended up paying. It was refunded within 1 week after I left so all good at the end.
