  Allez y les yeux fermés

  L appartement est confortable et propre rien a dire piscine superbe plage a dix minutes a pied et d une beauté exceptionnelle. Si je reviens en République Dominicaine c est las bas que je pose ma valise .

  Tout est parfait vraiment.j ai fais d autre appartement vers punta cana un désastre .

  La comodidad del departamento y la pileta

  No queda a 300 metros de la playa, es mucho mas lejos. Las TV no tienen canales de aire o cable, pr lo que justo en época de mundial y mas siendo argentina y jugar la semi, fue complicado conectarme a una app, porq lo q solo pude escuchar el partido. Lo primero que hice al llegar fue pedir poder ver el partido, pero no hubo ninguna solución.

  Ottima scelta per soggiornare a Dominicus

  Appartamento spazioso, pulito, salone, patio, 2 camere, 2 bagni, lavatrice, dotato di tutto l'occorrente. Staff disponibile e presente. Prezzo ottimo per quanto offerto.

  Nulla. La struttura non è sulla spiaggia, ma con una breve camminata si raggiungono market, caffetteria, negozi, ristoranti, e spiaggia pubblica.

  Beautiful place, disappointing experience

  The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well located, which makes this review even more disappointing to write.

  Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness was far below expectations. The bed linens on both beds appeared used and dirty, there was a strong smell of food in the apartment, and the general hygiene standard was not acceptable. We also found a large cockroach inside the apartment, which was quite unsettling. While we understand the property is surrounded by nature and that these things can occasionally happen, this makes proper cleanliness inside the apartment even more important. Several advertised amenities were either missing or not properly provided: there were no trash bags at all, the soap in the shower dispensers was actually dish soap, and the drinking water provided was already opened and partially used. We were then expected to arrange our own water, which is not reasonable in a country where tap water is not drinkable. Toilet paper was also treated as a “courtesy,” despite being listed as an included amenity (only one roll per bathroom was provided). The safe was not functioning. Communication and handling of the situation were also disappointing. Although we reported the issues immediately, no proper solution was provided and the host stopped responding. The cleaner contacted us the day after and asked us to wait in the apartment for her the next day, which was inconvenient and ultimately did not resolve the problem. Only one set of bed linens was changed, and we were then asked to wait additional 30 minutes for basic cleaning (just hoovering the place) rather than the full cleaning requested. Additionally, the cleaner did not have her own set of keys, which was concerning, as it could have caused issues if we had experienced any problems with access to the apartment, considering she is the only local point of contact as the host is in Spain. Overall, while the apartment has great potential, the lack of cleanliness and poor management significantly affected our stay.
