    O quarto é muito aconchegante e simples. Um lugar tão tranquilo assim em São Paulo é uma raridade, nos sentimos em casa. Estivemos 2 vezes no Estúdio e nas 2 vezes nos sentimos muito confortáveis. Não tem ar condicionado, mas não sentimos falta. No verão isso pode ser um problema.

    Ter que fechar a porta para ter privacidade e com ela fechada é relativamente escuro. O banheiro é pequeno para 2 pessoas e no banheiro tem algumas manchas de mofo. Um pouco distante de comércios já que o bairro é exclusivamente residencial.

    Comfortable, clean, many utensils and conveniences, helpful owner.

    A comfortable room, with many utensils and conveniences. Very clean. The property owner was very helpful, caring, and polite. It was easy to receive the keys and the place is adorable, full of plants and quiet.

    Everything was positive.

    Calm and pleasant stay

    A very peaceful location with a very friendly and kind host. Not too far from a few restaurants and a wonderful supermarket. The sound of the birdsong in this crazy city was very welcome.

    Next door neighbour can be a bit noisy but the host soon sort to him...

    A acomodação é exatamente o que está nas fotos, confortável e organizada. Ambiente muito lindo e acolhedor, a localização é exatamente calma e silenciosa. Se você está procurando um ambiente assim, longe de agito de centros comerciais ou região de bares, esse vale o custo-benefício. A anfitriã Sra Fernanda é excepcional, te deixa super a vontade.
