Nothing. Awful communication. Charged us even though we explained that we would check in one day later We were homeless with a 1 year old baby without a refund. If we could rate -10 we would
We reached out to the property & said we would be a day late, which they responded saying it's fine. Then the morning we arrived they cancelled & said the response we received was from automated messenger. They compensated one night elsewhere but no refund on the remaining 3 days we paid for which ironically happened to be on the weekend when everywhere else was booked. Absolutely shocking, never had this happen before.

Barulho e falta de segurança
Boa estrutura básica, mas é o único destaque
A rua é extremamente barulhenta, com bares e música alta até de madrugada — impossível descansar. O prédio é antigo, mal conservado e com corredores visivelmente deteriorados. A portaria não faz controle de acesso, qualquer pessoa entra sem questionamento, o que gera total falta de segurança. O elevador é muito lento e aparenta estar no limite do funcionamento. O apartamento tem decoração exagerada, com excesso de informações e poluição visual que tornam o ambiente desconfortável. Pelo preço cobrado, a estadia está muito aquém do esperado — definitivamente não vale o custo-benefício.

Clean, cozy, affordable, professional & conveniently located with subway access. I will stay again!
The doorman was a bit confused about where we were going at first but he let us in after checking our ID and reservation email and everything went smoothly. He was nice and helpful.
The entrance with the metal gate is a bit confusing. I didn’t realize I had arrived when I first got dropped off with the Uber and had to ask for help at the bar across the street. Or maybe I didn’t recognize it as the main entrance from the reservation picture. Also the code keypad didn’t work very well. We had to play around with it a bit before it can light up and we can punch in the numbers.

Las comodidades que tenía el departamento. La zona es muy segura y muy linda. Felipe y Marcela muy atentos a todo. Un lugar ideal para alojarse.
