    Tudo novo, de boa qualidade e funcionando.

    Faltou acesso à programação de TV. Dobradiças da porta do box estão rangendo excessivamente e reclamam manutenção.

    Muito bom

    Quarto super otimizado. O sofá além da cama faz diferença pra ganhar um espaço extra. Armário grande e ótimo para organizar as coisas. Tem ferro de passar e tábua. O condomínio muito bom. Academia ótima e bastante espaço. No subsolo tem entrada direto para o mercado oq é ótimo. Com certeza ficaria novamente.
