    It was ok, but not really good. We won’t be going back and unfortunately we can’t recommend it.

    The pool was really good but there was some serious safety issues, the ladder to get to the pool was all rusted and about to collapse, also the glass fence was wobbling badly, needing immediate attention, even though we let them know right away, nothing was done to remedy it during our month long stay. Trash cans on the garage were not enough and the elevator doesn’t take you down to the garage level, it stops at the ground level. Parking is limited to 3 cars even though there are 20 units at the building. There are stairs to get to the ground level from the street so if you have accessibility issues you’ll be in trouble. Close to grocery stores making it easy to buy what you need.

    Maintenance around the pool area, cleaning of the common areas was poor, no shower on the pool area. Very little kitchen utensils making it hard to cook which is normal for long stays. Location is not ideal, lots of dogs barking all night long and lots of trash on the street on top of poorly maintained sidewalks forcing you to walk on the streets. Overpriced for what you get.

    Very good

    Pool area nice. Close beach. Shops and restaurants close.

    No Electric kettle and no toaster. No place to dry laundry/clothes rack. Pool area would be nicer with sunbeds.
