Great location, good deal
Location is central, equipped kitchen , spacious
The windows face the auditorium, so it can get noisy at night, and you can hear everything in the apartment because there is no soundproofing. There are also no blackout curtains.

Perfecto si no fuera por un par de incodencias
El apartamento en si es muy acogedor y está muy bien situado
Hay un par se cosas que deberian cuidar: la primera es que antes de ir pregunté si la tv era smart tv para ver si podria poner alli mis cuentas de Netflix y demas (si no lo era simplemente me hubiera llevado mi tablet) y no lo era, mo és grabe, pero esta bien dejarselo claro al cliente, quiero pensar que no me entendoeron. Lo segundo es un tema de sostenibilidad, es bueno explicar al cliente como va la recogida de basura en la ciudad para que sepa que debe tener en cuenta (yo me enteré mucho mas tarde de lo que me hubiera gustado), com dejar una mota explicativa es suficiente. Por el resto perfecto!
