    Gonzalo se portó muy bien con nosotros y la llegada fue muy detallada. Era un espacio amplio y cómodo, muy bien ubicado para ir y volver al aeropuerto que era lo principal. El restaurante del primer es muy rico y muy práctico.

    The accommodation itself was fine, but I cannot give a better rating due to the communication with the host. It is true that we arrived later than planned due to a delayed flight. However, the listing stated that check-in was possible until 8:00 PM. While we were on our way from the airport, the host informed us that she would only wait until 7:30 PM, otherwise we would have to come the following day. Even though we arrived at the location just 15 minutes past that time, she wouldn't come back and texted us that we would meet at 11:00 AM the next day instead. ​I would have expected her to at least try to recommend alternative accommodation nearby or make the apartment available to us as early as possible the next morning. But I was mistaken—she didn't even have the courage to meet us in person and sent someone else instead. When I later asked her for a refund for the night we couldn't spend there, she just read the message and never replied. ​If something similar happens to you and you need to find a place to stay last minute for the night, I recommend the Ibis Hotel, which has a 24/7 reception and even offered us breakfast.
