    Alojamiento con todo lo

    Ubicación excelente. Cómodo, amplio y con todo lo necesario. Para mi la mejor zona de la ciudad sin duda. Facilidad para coger las llaves fuera del horario del check-in, y eso es de agradecer. Cerquisima de todo. Muy recomendable

    No del alojamiento, sino más bien de Puerto de la Cruz, es la dificultad de aparcar. Cerca del alojamiento pudimos aparcar varias ocasiones pero es muy difícil. Hay un disuasorio a 10 minutos que estaba ocupado por una festival de música. El alojamiento no tiene culpa. Pero estando de vacaciones perder un poco de tiempo tampoco supone un gran problema. Los españoles echamos en falta las persianas, algo que ya lo sabía. Tuvieron que cambiarnos el bombín por pérdida de las llaves del inquilino anterior que se debió gestionar de otra manera

    I want to give a special shoutout to the staff- they were super friendly, immediately helped us to get new keys to our aparatment after we lost previous one due to car robbery. Besides, the apartament had all things needed, a lot of kitchen equipment. The localization was very convinient- close to the beach, shops, city centre and all facilities. Highly recomended!

    The only disadvantage was lack of AC. There was only a small fan, which was barely working,

    Location was good close to the beach stores and restaurants

    Nobody met me and give me a key first day I have to rent a hotel to stay overnight and then I met stuff and then they give me keys next day
