    The first days were warm but the Studio was cool, which was nice. The place was quiet and summing up we had a good time visiting Alto Minho and the South of Galicia, which was our purpose. Shame the weather got rainy and cold over the last 4 days, but since we were not looking for the beach, it was not too terrible. The location was nice and convenient allowing one of us to go to medical treatment in the evening once every two days st a nearby clinic (15 minute driving) north of Viana.

    A few things could be better: 1) there was no detergent for washing dishes and cuttlery, we had to go to a store to buy it 2) the toilet paper was not enough for the stay (5-6 rolls for two people for 10 days). If we needed more we had to walk about 500 m to a cafeteria to let the cleaner lady, from whom we collected the keys, to know and make an appointment to get her to supply us at a convenient time for both. This was not very encouraging so we went straight to the nearest market (250 meters) to buy it and bags for rubbish (only one bag was supplied for the whole stay) 3) the part of the kitchen cabinet containing the cuttlery was totally messed up with all the drawers piled on top of each other (the rails on which the drawers should roll were absent. The owner should have fixed this before the summer season started. 4) since we use bread rather that toasts, a sandwich press would be more useful than the toaster as we could not get the warm bread out of the toaster (it would come out in crumbles). The toaster worked but it is rather limiting 5) the freezer inside the refrigerator was full of ice and its door did not close, i.e., the cleaner lady should have thawed it and cleaned it before we came in but she didn't do it and we could not use the freezer and the refrigerator was not operating so well, i.e. it was too cold and burning some vegetables
