    Lovely stay thank you. Derek and Eta were accommodating

    Lovely property. Although when booking your not aware owners live on site downstairs so if your looking for a more private location please check this before booking. Gorgeous top floor although can be really cold as no heating if in chillier months, and hot water kept turning off then will have to wait 40 minutes again for owner to turn back on. I came with my 6 children so they needed baths etc.

    Lovely property and top floor but abit cold and the hot water kept ending so had to keep ringing to re fill tank. And before booking your not aware owners live downstairs. Also the hot tub is downstairs and is abit of a safety hazard round the hot tub on the steps that may need re doing.

    It was a really nice short break with Derek and Eta's beautiful and historic accommodation.

    We like the beautiful historic house, the comfortable beds and nice decors of the apartment. Derek and Eta is very accommodating, kind and friendly in giving us tips on where to see best places in Lake District. They talk to us like friends. Our short getaway was excellent, picturesque, perfect weather ,magnificent views and memorable experience.

    The place was much better than in the pictures,big jacuzzi and spacious top flour 2 bed apartment. It was 4 of us celebrating my birthday. There is everything you need for your stay,fully equipped kitchen with 2 big bedrooms completely private on the top floor with the views to the sea and beautiful gardens. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Derek and Eta was very frienly and made us feel very welcome. They are very caring and lovely people and I definitely recommend to stay at Eta's Manor if you looking to visit Lake District and fancy a stroll by the sea.
