    Номер в жилом доме - высотке в чистом и ухоженном дворе, огороженном заборчиком. В соседнем доме удобно расположен продуктовый магазин, а в нескольких минутах ходьбы кафешки, чуть больше получаса пешком до популярной концертной площадки. Снимал номер в квартире на четырнадцатом этаже с шикарным видом с балкона. Не смотря на то, что в квартире два номера, а кухня общая, соседей не видели и не слышали за сутки пребывания там (может просто с соседями повезло). Огромный плюс - наличие отдельных туалета и душевой кабинки в каждом номере. К чистоте придраться было не где и каких-либо следов от предыдущих постояльцев, кроме пепельницы с зажигалкой на балконе, не обнаружено. Полотенца выдаются в прозрачных пакетиках, но если вы захотите принять душ, прочие принадлежности вам нужно брать с собой. В туалет с собой ничего брать не нужно ;) Обстановка не минималистична, - помимо мебели, есть бесплатный wifi и ТВ. Кровать удобная, хоть и "звучная". Хозяйка вежлива и приятна. В целом, всё понравилось, рекомендую. В таком ценовом диапазоне другие предложения в данном районе были значительно хуже.

    Все отлично. Не пишут, но это - квартира на два номера. В каждом номере свой туалет и душ, но кухня общая. Все чисто-уютно, администратор - очень приятная, тактичная и добрая женщина. Все есть - читая постель, кухонные / туалетные принадлежности, бутилированная вода, чай, сахар и другие мелочи. Бытовой техники также полный набор - телевизор, плита, стиральная машинка, чайник, микроволновка. WiFi. Только для некурящих.

    Lovely place to stay

    I've spent one night at that apartment, the room was absolutely nice, clean and my bed was very comfy. There was my personal shower also. The staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay there again in the next month. Thank you!
