  Beautiful Sea View with Room for Improvement

  The place is great, and without a doubt the biggest advantage is the incredible view and location - the apartment is literally right on the beach. In the morning, you can step out onto the terrace and enjoy your coffee overlooking the sea and the huge, beautiful pine trees, which make the view even more impressive. The terrace is very pleasant - it gets some sun in the morning and then stays shaded for the rest of the day. The apartment is spacious and suitable for a family of four. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a small kitchen and two terraces. There is air conditioning, which is a big plus. The towels and bed linen were clean. Another great feature is that all the rooms have large French windows with mosquito screens. The beach is clean and pleasant, with a mixture of sand and stones. The sea becomes deep quite close to the shore, which is great for people who enjoy swimming. Overall, the place is quiet and peaceful and has a lovely atmosphere. The incredible view, direct access to the beach and peaceful surroundings are definitely the strongest points of this apartment.

  Unfortunately, there are some details that definitely need updating. The terrace furniture is quite worn out and should be replaced. The kitchen is also old and everything in it is rather worn and outdated. The mattresses in the bedrooms are very uncomfortable - you can feel the springs and they press into your ribs during the night. This is definitely something that should be replaced. The bathroom is very small and almost claustrophobic, with an extremely tiny sink. There is hardly any space, and there is not even a convenient place to hang the towels. The hot water is also not always available. There is a washing machine, which is convenient, but the wastewater hose drains into a bucket or directly onto the terrace, which is not particularly practical. Another unpleasant issue was caused by some of the neighbors. In the common areas, on the stairs and in the corridor, there are buckets containing fish and fish waste, apparently used for fishing, which create a very unpleasant smell. The smell is quite strong and leaves an unpleasant impression every time you enter or leave the apartment. This is not directly the hosts' fault, but it is definitely an unpleasant detail. There are also quite a few cats around the building.

  Liniste si confort

  Apartamentul este foarte bine amplasat, este curat si complet dotat pentru o sedere, chiar si mai lunga. Balconul are mobilier confortabil si o vedere spectaculoasa la mare. Am avut loc de parcare, chiar la proprietate, care a adus un plus de siguranta.

  Nu am gasit nici un punct negativ pentru aceasta proprietate
