    Modern, comfortable apartment, equipped with solar panels that ensure constant hot water. The terrace is large and very comfortable: you can enjoy both lunch and dinner while remaining in the shade! The sun loungers are perfect for relaxing after a hearty meal! Top! Located a 10-minute walk from the Venetian Port and the Chania Lighthouse, the heart of the city's nightlife. Definitely worth a visit! Parking is available in the surrounding streets, but if not, there's a large, free parking lot about 300 meters from the apartment. Very convenient! Ioannis, the owner, is always available to answer your every need and will recommend places to visit based on your interests. I couldn't have asked for better! Finally, the beaches of Elafonissi, Falasarna, and Balos Lagoon are easily accessible.
