Die Lage ist hervorragend, schön ruhig gelegen und die Nähe zu Wanderwegen und dem Fluss sowie den beiden kleinen Orten ist toll. Das Haus hat viel Platz und man hat seine Ruhe.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Das ganze Haus wirkte etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Sofas und Sitze durchgesessen, die Küche altbacken und mit sehr viel Gebrauchsspuren (aber gut ausgestattet), das Bad nicht zeitgemäß und eng. Auch der Außenbereich und die Vorveranda wirkte ungepflegt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht... Dafür ist es zu teuer. Heizung und Wasserpumpe sind sehr laut und im Kamin läuft ein Kompressor obwohl man ihn nicht angefeuert hat ...dessen Funktion war uns ein Rätsel.
