Sitio muy bueno pero la comunicación muy mala
El sitio estaba genial, todo muy bien, recién reformado y con buen gusto
Primeramente el checking fue tardío, ya que el operador se comunicó con nosotros para informarnos que tenían retrasos en la limpieza y que la entrada debía ser después de las 18:00, segundo, no se recibió las instrucciones de acceso, cuando las solicitamos nos dieron unas instrucciones incorrectas y de otro piso, volvimos a reclamarlas y la persona fue un poco grosero y nos indicaron que eran las correctas, nos enviaron a otra dirección a más de 20 Km de lo que habíamos contratado, cuando llegamos al sitio correcto ya nos habían vuelto a enviar los detalles y pudimos entrar

Polecam to miejsce. Dobra lokalizacja, spokojna okolica, czysto.
Mieszkanie w spokojnej okolicy, wszystkie ciekawe miejsca i atrakcje w zasięgu spaceru. Czyste i zadbane. Wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty.
Jeden z ręczników nie pachniał zbyt dobrze. Poprosiłem o zmianę, niestety nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi, ale wykorzystałem dostępny w mieszkaniu sprzęt i po prostu go uprałem.

Bilbao una città molto affascinante
La struttura si trova in centro, comoda per i servizi soprattutto per il supermercato nelle vicinanze. L’appartamento era accogliente, semplice ma funzionale.
La pulizia non era eccellente. Curerei molto questo aspetto.

Clean and calm apartment
Comfortable beds, decent bedding, quality decoration and furniture. Location is in a quiet neighbourhood and easy 15 minutes walk to Casco Viejo, or the bus station, yet with local neighbourhood bars and shops. Also just a short walk to the airport bus. Welcoming entrance from the road and easy access/instructions. Great we could dry washing outside, too.
The apartment is internal - so no views, but we were aware of this. It does mean the apartment is quiet though The kids would have liked a larger / smart TV but this meant they were out and about more!
