    Disappointing

Free parking. Very close to the highway .lift the host is a very decent guy. Helpful .

The apartment is run down . Hot water stopped working for 1.5 days .. there was rotten stuff in the freezer .. cob webs around the lights in the terrace .. very old furniture . Bed mattress was not comfortable.

Perfect apartment with everything you need and with a view of a really beautiful garden. Since we never had visited Rome Nicola was so kind and helped us plan our trip to the city center. Nicola is the best host and we can really recommend his apartment - we will definitely come back
