    family room is spacious, staff is really supportive and kind. Location is excellent, close to everything in the cbd, within 5-10 min walk

    we traveled in the early spring so at night there are lots bogong moths coming into the room when the lights were on at evening & night, even though we didnt leave the doors/windows open, kinda disturbing and uncomfortable, pest-control measures and better prevention should be considered. also, seems like the hotel price in perth is way higher than other major cities, which was quite surprising given that food, drinks, and shopping were all available at surprisingly reasonable prices.

    Location is great. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are not too bad for the value of money you pay — although prices have risen. I’ve been staying at the European every time I come to Perth over the last couple of years. Although there is no room service provided, there is a cafe downstairs where you can get a discount if you present your hotel key and you are within walking distance to the main strips of the city. Cafes, foodary, shopping. Uber eats for more variety if you don’t want to walk or explore. They are a straight forward process, bond & fees can also be paid with cash as well as a card (which is great!). Facilities are decent for what you pay. Rooms are always usually quite clean upon arrival. You get a great stay in terms of affordability and what is given to you. Parking is directly across which makes access easy when I hire out a car.
