    Private room that needs privacy

    We arrived on Friday evening, only to find that there was nobody at reception. We had to wait around 7 minutes for a staff member to arrive, followed by another wait while a different guest was being checked in. This is not what you would expect on a Friday evening. At least two receptionists should be available in case one of them leaves. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the listing photos. The biggest issue, however, was the complete lack of privacy in the bathroom. There is no proper door, just a transparent glass panel, meaning we had to leave the room whenever one of us needed to use the bathroom. Having to take turns leaving your own room just to have some privacy is ridiculous. The room also felt quite outdated. There were visible marks on the ceiling from what appeared to be previous leaks, and the flooring near the bathroom was blackened and looked poorly maintained. Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
