    Данный отзыв относится к отелю Eurostars Royal Pleta. В связи с ремонтом Tanau, нам было предложено остановиться в отеле Pleta. Он просто чудесный, отношение персонала выше всяких похвал и в том, что касается обслуживания в отеле и в трансферах до подъемника и обратно. Номер был отличный, уютное лобби с камином, прекрасный ресторан на ужин с широким набором блюд.

    Good rooms and superb location, not good restaurant

    Big modern clean rooms, superb location, friendly stuff on a reception

    Hotel is too small for the 5 stars, pool is small, SPA is in other hotel, but the main disappointment is the restaurant. Breakfast is not bad but monotonous and with minimal choice. As for dinner... first time in my life I was served by a drunk waiter. We waited an hour for the food, and he forgot most of the drinks. (and it was only one waiter, no alternative, he also serve a room service, if he will pick up the phone) The only option of a good food in a walking distance is a gastro-bar nearby, if they have a places (not always).
