    Loved the staff and the hotel location

    The room is very comfortable and the hotel has a great location. The staff is very friendly as well.

    The locker at the room was not working and the toilet was smelling strong . I would love if the hotel had a restaurant to eat with a nice terrace views

    Fantastic hotel in great location for sight seeing and shopping

    Great central location in the old town Quiet

    One of the Rooms we were allocated (305) had an unpleasant smell when aircon on and corridors also had a damp smell. Both of which had machines put on to help but wasn’t ideal.

    Superb location and facilities

    Facilities, including the bedroom (Junior Suite) were absolutely excellent, with zoned air con which worked quickly and well. Furnishings and fittings were high quality, well maintained and spotlessly clean. A huge bed with lovely linen, topped off by comfortable pillows. Great room service, friendly Reception staff, super breakfast and a very relaxing place all round. Special mention to the wonderful man on the rooftop terrace bar.

    Superb central location but almost impossible to reach by taxi/car, making it a bot of a trudge to/from the nearest taxi rank for those with mobility issues.
