    Great location just steps away from Preseren Square and city center. Breakfast is also nice but can get crowded in the morning.

    Pleasant stay but not a 4-star hotel at all

    The room was definitely up to 4-star hotel standards. It had two toilets and a really good bath with a shower, and everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, with lovely, fresh sheets and pillow. I really can't emphasise enough just how clean everything was. In fact, it was so spotless that we didn't feel the need to have our room cleaned at all during our three-night stay. The only thing we asked for was fresh bath towels. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to accommodate anything we asked for. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The car park was great for us even though it had limited spaces but October is not peak season. As it's first-come first-served basis, I can imagine it could be chaotic with more people around. Location is outstanding. Right where you want to be in Ljubljana.

    Apart from our room (which we got an upgrade), this is definitely not a 4-star hotel. 3 stars at best. The room was 4-star standard but the balcony could do with a fresh coat of paint. The Wi-Fi was quite slow but fine for basic tasks like WhatsApp and emails. Not really suitable for 4K streaming or gaming. Breakfast was more in line with a 2-3 star hotel. Very basic, with limited variety. If you enjoy a good breakfast spread, you'll probably be disappointed. The hotel also has a rather odd layout, as it's connected to another hotel in an older building. We actually ended up at the wrong reception on arrival and had to be redirected by the other hotel's staff. The lifts were small and dated, and the whole place felt like an unusual mix of two hotels and a few shops, with a rather confusing layout. To get to a 4-star hotel standard, my recommendation would be to significantly improve the breakfast, make the Wi-Fi faster to compensate for the confusing layout which there isn't much the hotel owners can do about.
